    Dear MJSTAR,
    My name is Gil Semedo a 33 year old singer/songwriter from Cape Verde Islands(westcoast of Africa) and I have been living in Holland since the age of six. After surfing on your website first of all I want to congruatulate you guys for doing this great job in keeping Michaels legacy uphigh, as a big fan too I really appreciate that.
    I Think it’s good for the world to know how much Michael has influenced me over the years,he was in many aspects a teacher, a rolmodel and truly inspiration for me. Since 1991 I have been writing and producing Capeverdean popmusic(Cabopop) a style that’s a mixture of traditional Capeverdean music and “The king of pop” Michael Jacksons music. Not long ago I did a show in Angola together with Akon and Busta Rhymes, Akon allready had the great opportunitty to work with him. I believe and hope soon I will get the chance to meet him and thank him personally for all of his positive influences in my life.
